BOYA mini 2 | Upgraded Super Mini Wireless Microphone

It can be used with cameras, smartphones (supporting USB-C / lightning), computers, etc.

"BOYA mini 2 supports three output modes: Mono, Stereo, and Safety Track (selectable via the app).
M (Mono): Audio from two transmitters is combined into a single output track.
S (Stereo): Audio from two transmitters is recorded to separate output channels.
Ms (Safety Track): A secondary audio track is recorded at -12 dB as a backup to prevent distortion from unexpected loud sounds.

* Post-production separation is required to use the safety track.
* Safety Track can only be enabled in Mono mode.
* Stereo recording requires the connected device to support stereo input."

Short press the transmitter’s button to toggle noise cancellation on or off.
Adjust levels via the receiver or BOYA Central app.
Strong Mode: Up to -40 dB noise cancellation.
Light Mode: Up to -15 dB noise cancellation.

BOYA mini 2 supports up to 2 transmitters connected to 1 receiver simultaneously.

Up to 100 meters in open environments.

1. Check if the insulating film on the TX charging contacts is removed. If not, remove it.

2. Check if the charging case is low or out of power. If so, fully charge the case.
Note: If the case is not charging and the indicator blinks red or stays off when TX is placed inside, the case is low on power.

3. Clean the case's pogo pins and TX contacts.

4. Swap TX positions to test.
（1）If only one position fails, the case is faulty.
（2）If one TX fails in both positions, that TX is faulty.

5. Check magnet strength. Place TX in the case and press it down with your finger. If it charges, the magnets may be weak.
Use a metal object to verify which part is faulty.

6. If none of the above works, the case or TX may need repair.

1. Press and hold TX power button for 2s to turn off, then turn on. Reconnect RX to device and check for auto connection.
Note: Solid blue/green light = connection successful.

2. If no auto connection, pair manually:
（1）Insert RX into device, press and hold NR button for 5s until blue light flashes quickly release. RX enters pairing mode.
Note: RX pairing mode sequence: slow blue flash > fast blue flash.
（2）With TX off, press and hold power button for 5s until blue light flashes quickly release. TX enters pairing mode.
Note: TX pairing mode sequence: off slow blue flash fast blue flash.
（3）TX and RX will pair within 10s. Both indicators show solid blue.

3. If issue persists, TX or RX may need repair.

1. Android: Check connection stability (remove phone case if loose). Some brands (VIVo, OPPo) require OTG function enabled in settings; Huawei phones need USB debugging turned on.

2. iPhone: Check if RX receiver indicator lights up and phone screen is on. iPhone powers the device only when screen is on and recording app is open.

3. Computer: Go to system sound settings and check if BOYA mini microphone is selected as input device.

4. If issue persists, product may be faulty or incompatible and requires repair.

1. Ensure there are no high-power Wi-Fi routers or wireless devices nearby causing interference. If unavoidable, adjust distance and angle.

2. As the 2.4 GHz spectrum is prone to interference, avoid obstacles like walls and stay away from devices operating at 2.4 GHz (e.g., high-power Wi-Fi antennas, radios).

3. Check if the receiver is loose; unplug and reinsert it.

4. Ifinterference is uncertain, test in an interference-free environment. If recording is normal, the product is functioning properly.

1. Check if TX noise cancellation is enabled. After TX and RX connect (solid blue light, short press TX power button. Solid green light indicates noise cancellation is on.

2. Short press the RX NR button to cycle through noise cancellation levels: Level 1 (ow, green light flashes once),
Level 2 (medium, flashes twice), Level 3 (high, flashes three times).

3. In extremely noisy environments where ambient noise overpowers the speaker's voice, noise cancellation may not completely eliminate background noise.

4. If when TX and RX are connected normally, a short press on the TX power button cannot urn noise cancellation on/off (indicator does not switch between green and blue), or a short press on the RX NR button cannot switch levels (indicator does not flash. the unit may be faulty and require repair.
