Use BOYA Notra Nano Across Your Phone and Computer

Working across devices should make a recording easier to review, not leave you guessing where the file went. BOYA Notra Nano lists BOYA OS App and Web management. A practical workflow has separate stages: capture the audio, transfer it through a supported connection, confirm its availability in the account, then process or export what you need.

Know What Each Stage Means

Stage What it establishes What it does not establish
Recording Audio has been saved by the recorder. The file is already on your phone or in the cloud.
Transfer A supported destination has received the file. All devices have finished synchronizing.
Upload The relevant account/service has received the file. A transcript or summary is complete.
Processing The requested AI task has finished. Every statement is accurate or approved for sharing.
Export A chosen output has been saved or shared. The recipient has the right permissions or every linked file.

1. Save and Check the Recording

Stop using the documented control and confirm the recording is present. Replay a useful passage before relying on it. Name the file so you can recognize it later, especially when several recordings were made in the same day.

2. Follow the Supported Phone Transfer Workflow

Use the instructions and application linked for Nano. Confirm the account and supported connection requirements. Wait for the file status to show that the transfer has completed, then open the intended recording rather than another file with a similar name.

The product lists USB-C charging. That alone is not evidence that USB file transfer is available. Avoid substituting a cable procedure from another model.

3. Check Transcription and Review on the Phone

Choose the relevant processing feature and language available to your plan. A transcript can help find passages; it is not a substitute for checking important wording. Correct names, dates and figures before making a summary you will share.

Keep decisions, ideas and unresolved questions separate. If a deadline or owner was not stated, mark it as unconfirmed.

4. Continue in the Supported Web Workflow

Open the official BOYA OS web service from BOYA’s current product or support instructions and use the account associated with the recording. Confirm that the intended file is available and that any processing has finished.

If it is missing, check the account, connection, upload status and service availability. Do not delete or repeatedly re-import the only source copy while investigating. A loading indicator is not proof of a completed transfer.

5. Export Only What the Task Needs

Choose an export format actually offered for the selected feature and plan. Open the exported file to check its content and layout before sharing it. For important notes, keep an appropriate source reference under your organization’s storage rules.

A copied text summary may omit audio, timestamps, attachments or access permissions. Confirm what your colleague receives rather than assuming an export reproduces the complete workspace.

A Cross-Device Troubleshooting Checklist

  • Same intended account on phone and web.
  • Correct recording name and date.
  • Transfer and upload completed.
  • Requested processing completed under the available allowance.
  • Supported software/device versions and a working connection.
  • Source recording retained until the result is verified.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are recordings instantly ready on every device?

Not necessarily. Transfer, upload and processing can finish at different times.

Does access on the phone prove access on the computer?

Check the correct account and the actual file in the supported web workflow.

Can I delete the recorder copy immediately?

Keep the source until you have verified the transfer and any backup required for the task.
